I was lucky to win 3 digi stamps from Robyn's Fetish in the Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas challenge so thought I should make a card for the Robyn's Fetish challenge.  I had to make a card for a Bear Lover friend overseas and am posting today.

I printed out Robyn's Fetish digi stamp Angel Bear and coloured with Copic Markers and glitter gel pens.

Layered digi stamp onto purple oval and then onto paper from 12x12 Creative Paper pad Clementine.
Stamped Happy birthday and cut out with oval punch and layered onto purple card cut out with scallop oval punch and layered on top.
Layered all onto purple card.

I printed Star Stampz Christmas elf ornament large onto white card and coloured with Prismacolour pencils.  I then scanned it and reduced it to fit on my card.  

I embossed pink card with one of the embossing folders from Cuttlebug Winter Wonderland set and layered over white card.

Added bauble washi tape and Merry Christmas washi tape.

Christmas card club - Snow Scene

I am not well and not coping with this heat so I completely forgot to do my card for the Christmas card club on Sunday.
At the moment it is 34.9C (94.82F) and predicted for today 38C (100.4F)
I spent yesterday having my hair cut in the morning and then stayed at Lynda's as she has airconditioning as it was very hot yesterday (35C).
Last night was very hot upstairs so hard to sleep.  We don't have any air conditioning.
Tomorrow is supposed to be cooler and raining.

Cute as a Button New Release

New digi stamps have been released at Cute as a Button

I have embossed red card with funky poinsettias embossing folder.
Printed Cute as a Button digi stamp Poinsettia portrait into precoloured frame from Dragons Lair.  Cut out. coloured the digi with Copic Markers and glitter pen and layered onto red card.  Added brad and ribbon from Dragons Lair.

I have printed the Alicia Bell stamp onto white card, cut out and coloured with markers, added rhinestones to the buttons.  Layered onto paper from Sugar and Spice Studio Candy Christmas 6x6 double sided card stock and then onto pink card.  Stamped happy Christmas onto pink card and punched out and layered on top.

Cute as a Button inspiration

It is my turn to post an inspiration card for Cute as a Button showcase blog

Another Australian Christmas card

I made this card this morning and it will be on the Mad for Markers blog today

I printed Mad for Markers digi stamp It's a Koala Christmas,  coloured with Copic markers and cut out.  Used blender ink on cloth to achieve the furry colouring.
Layered black and green card and black washi tape onto red card and layered Koala on top.  (The Koala stamp and cards were part of the world cardmaking day kit at the Mad for Markers shop)
Stamped Christmas Wishes, cut out and layered on top.

More Mixed Media December challenge - white: a little or a lot

The More Mixed Media challenge for December is white - use a little or a lot

I am not well and it is so hot I lost track of the date and forgot to do my project
Finished it this morning and then couldn't scan as I had to turn my computer off all afternoon due to the thunder and lightening.  I can't afford for my computer to get zapped again.
I made a journal page

I sponged white card with blue distress ink.  Mixed Moulding paste and white paint and put through star stencil and snowflake stencil.  Added glitter tape.

Printed out Imagine That digi stamp Christmas angel and partly coloured with glitter pens and layered on top.  Printed sentiment from Imagine That Angel Harpest set.  This page will go into my journal.
