About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

LeAnn's facebook group progressive challenge No 11

LeAnn has given us a lovely image for the facebook group progressive challenge No 11
https://www.facebook.com/groups/1836531013324656/

If you haven't already joined in the progressive challenge you can buy the digi for a special price and join in and then you can get the image free for the next challenge

My eyes are really bad at the moment printed LeAnn's digi Princess on a Cloud large and coloured her with Prismacolor pencils and glitter pens, then scanned and reduced down to fit on my card.
Layered onto paper from We are 3 Fantasy paper set and made a window over the top.
I copied the idea from Nana Connie's blog
http://mygrammysattic.blogspot.com/2018/08/pegasus-in-purple.html
Added ribbon and brad from Scrap Graphics
Sentiment from We are 3 Bee Buzz, mini sentiments

I spent 2-1/2 hours at the eye specialist today having tests.  I have to go back every Thursday for the next 4 weeks to have laser treatment.  If that doesn't help I will have to have surgery.  I just hope that I don't have to have the surgery.

I followed sketch 526 at Sketch Saturday so I would like to add my card to that challenge.

I am so sorry to hear about your eyes, Margaret. I have trouble with my eyes too. I've got my fingers crossed that the laser works for you; it did for me. Thanks for sharing your card with us over on Sketch Saturday. Good luck in the draw.
