About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

The Sweet Pea Stampers blog challenge - for the men/boys

I was so excited to be picked to be on the design team for the Sweet Pea Stampers blog
http://www.thesweetpeastampers.blogspot.co.uk/
I made my card last week and put it onto the design team blog but when the challenge went live today I forgot to put my card on my blog.
We have to use a Sweet Pea stamp or digital stamp on the design team but it isn't compulsory for you to use a sweet pea image to join the challenge though if you do you will be entered into a second draw to win a free digital image.
The challenge is for the men/boys and this is the card I made
I embossed light blue card with football embossing folder and added washi tape.  I printed out Sweet Pea digital stamp "Soccer boy" by Karen Middleton and coloured him with markers.  Layered him onto darker blue card and then onto the light blue card.  Layered all onto the darker blue card.
Come on over and join in this fortnights challenge

Margaret, this is a fun card for any little/big boy. This image has now gone on my wish list as boys/mens cards can be so difficult at times. Sending you a warm welcome to the Sweet Pea Stampers Design Team and I shall look forward to working with you and seeing the cards/projects that you create. Best wishes, Kym xxx
