Cute as a Button challenge - New Beginnings

I was happy to be added to the Cute as a Button design team and this is my first card for the design team.

I have painted white card with blue and brown twinkling H2O's.  Added ribbon.  Typed best wishes sentiment, punched out with square punch and layered onto green card punched with scalloped square punch and layered on top.
Printed Cute as a Button digi stamp "Moving Day" onto white card.  Cut out and coloured with markers and layered on top.
Layered all onto green card.
