Challenge 9 at Julia Spiri is monotone (use different shades of one colour)

I have layered pattern paper from 6" Glitz paper pack onto dark pink card.
Printed Julia Spiri digi stamp Shopping onto white card, coloured with different shades of pink markers, cut out and layered on top.  Added sentiment and brads.  Layered all onto light pink card.

More Mixed Media challenge one - blue

I was excited when Lozzy asked me to be on the design team for her new challenge - More Mixed Media.  I accepted even though I haven't done much mixed media and will have to learn.

It is finally time for the first challenge for More Mixed Media challenge blog
The challenges for 2016 are colour challenges and challenge 1 is blue so any shade of blue to be seen somewhere on your creation

I have done a journal page.  I painted light blue card with Salty Ocean distress paint.  Printed piece of paper from Lozzy's fun paper set and another piece from Lozzy's Marble paper set, torn the edges and layered onto card.  Added sparkly thread across the middle.  Printed verse I found on Facebook and layered on top .  Added a few dots of glitter glam to the bottom sides.  Sprayed dylusion spray on top right hand side.  Added punched butterflies and glitter.  Added punched flowers and rhinestones.
Printed precoloured digi stamp from Deedee's  Angels are among us set, cut out and layered on top.
I ended up with paint on my hands and glitter everywhere.

The Glory of Christmas challenge 75 - Easel card

I normally scan my cards, but had to take a photo of this one as it was an easel card.  It is very dull here today so the photos aren't very clear.  I took the first one with the light on and no flash.  Second one with the light off and used flash.

Gecko Galz

I was happy to be invited to be on the Gecko Galz design team and I made my first card for the customer challenge (All that glitters) which started on 1st January.

Also for the blog we had to make a 4x4 card which shows under the design team tab on the blog.  Have a look at the lovely cards made by the rest of the design team.

I used paper from Gecko Galz Pixie Dust paper set.  Precoloured image from Gecko Galz Flower Fairies 1 collage sheet.  Butterflies and brad from Digital Scrapbooking Studio.  Sentiment is a free sentiment from Gingers House Blog.
