Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.

Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.

Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.

I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.

The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. 2025 - Now due to my sore hands and bad eyes I make mostly digital cards and scrapbook pages.

Moondrea Designs digi stamp Christmas Lilly which Andrea kindly coloured for me (Lilly is holding a lantern). Ribbon from Scrap Graphics and sentiment from We are 3.

(Every month Andrea gives a free stamp on the Facebook Group to join in the Moondrea Designs monthly challenge.
I haven't been able to join in the challenges as I can't see to colour, but Andrea very kindly sent me a coloured version of this month's digi. If you haven't already joined in the challenges you can go to the Facebook group and request the digi and colour it and make a card for the challenge and then you will be able to request the new digi next month.)

The Paper Shelter - Tribute to Veronica

This week and next, rather than running our usual Blog Hop, the Design Team at The Paper Shelter is honouring our beautiful co-founder Veronica, who tragically left us on the 25th of September 2024.

Veronica was a kind, supportive, beautiful soul, who alongside her co-founder Pedro, produced the images we all know and love to create with.

There is a vacuum in the world today, where Veronica used to be, and we will miss her terribly

Our winner for our TRIBUTE challenge will win a 6 products of your choice if you've used a Paper Shelter product on your entry (you could choose the pre-coloured image, the black and white digi, or the digital paper that comes in the set), or 3 products of your choice, if you've used another brand. You can enter the challenge up to 3 times, provided you've used a Paper Shelter product on at least one of them.
