I have embossed dark pink card with Cuttlebug daisies embossing folder.
printed Morgan's digi stamp Kitten Queen onto white card, coloured with Copic markers and cut out and layered onto pink card.  Added white paper lace.  Layered all onto light pink card.

I have layered paper from Christmas Basics 12x12 paper pad onto green card.  Printed Scrappers Delight precoloured digi stamp Alina, cut her out and layered on top.  Stamped Happy Christmas and punched out with scalloped square punch and layered on top.  Added punched holly leaves and rhinestones.

Cute as a Button Inspiration Post

I am a couple days early posting my Inspiration for Cute as a Button

This month I have made a mixed media journal page (and a mess)

I covered my page with Gesso Primer then painted it with green and blue Ecoline Brush Pens.
Sprayed with water and tipped up and down to mix the paints.
Used moulding paste through clouds stencil.  I thought that they we stay white but they became blue after a while.
Used distress ink and gel pen through mini climbing vine stencil.
Stamped grass and flowers and butterflies from Posh Impressions stamp-a-scene set.
Printed girl from Cute as a Button precoloured IMG120 Love conquers all, cut out and layered girl on top.   Printed the sentiment from the set a bit bigger, cut out and sponged with distress ink and layered on top.
Added white flowers with rhinestones.

Whoopsi Daisy November challenge - lots of layers

The challenge for November at Whoopsi Daisy is Lots of Layers

Unfortunately my scanner has not scanned this very well.  The colours are brighter.  

I have layered Whoopsi Daisy precoloured digi stamp from Daisy May and Friends CD onto an oval.  Cut out and layered onto two papers from Classic Elegance.  Layered onto dark pink card. 

Added pink and white spotted ribbon.

 Stamped Thank you onto light pink card and cut out with oval punch and layered onto dark pink  card punched with scalloped oval punch.  Layered on top.  Added flowers and pearls.  Added punched butterfly and rhinestones.

Layered all onto lightpink card.

The November challenge at More Mixed Media is optional colour black - use a little or a lot

Coloured journal page with Brush pens.   Used Moulding paste through star stencil.

Used black distress ink with Heidi Swapp stencil (to look like a fence).

Added washi tape and flowers

Added sentiment.

Made a big mess as usual.
