Welcome to the Feeling Sketchy Design Team Christmas blog hop!
Hopefully you've found your way here from Debbie's blog,
But if you've only started here then you might want to start back at Feeling Sketchy for the full list of blogs .
I'm so excited to share my projects.
My card is made to one of our older sketches No 63 (I have changed the square to a circle).
Cuttlebug embossing folder "Holly with Berries"
Paper from Kaisercraft "Mint Twist" 6x6 pad. Washi tape.
Pre coloured image from Whoopsi Daisy Sheet No 496.
I was thinking of what to make for my second Christmas project. On Sunday 27 October I went to my daughter Lynda's house and my other daughter Angela and her girls were there as they had come down for a few days to get away from the fires near Angela's house. I had bought a 12x12 Christmas paper pad from Spotlight a few weeks before and it was still at Lynda's. Brianna (age 5) asked what I was going to use it for and I told here I was going to use it for some of my Christmas cards. She asked if she could make some Christmas cards. I didn't have any of my craft supplies with me but Lynda had a pack of cards so we borrowed scissors and glue off her daughter Sian and Brianna made 6 Christmas cards. She picked out the cards, the papers and the shapes and I supervised and help her cut as they were big scissors. We used drink glasses to make the circles. Sian printed some images off her computer and made one Christmas card.
This is the first page I made from the photos Angela took, using the paper from the book "Christmas Basics" 120 12x12 papers and 3 different washi tapes. Printed title and journalling on the computer as my writing is not the best. Berries coloured with gelly roll pens.
This is the second page using the same papers and washi tapes.
I was going to add some embellishments but thought it would be a bit much with the bright papers.
When all is done, be sure and check back with the Feeling Sketchy blog at http://feeling-sketchy.blogspot.com.au for a wonderful giveaway.
I am also giving a small prize for two of the comments on my blog. My prize will be 1 sheet (4 images) of Whoopsie Daisy digital stamps randomly picked for 2 people who comment below.
