Word Art Wednesday 119

Challenge No 119 at Word Art Wednesday is anything goes with  inspiring or encouraging words
http://wordartwednesday.blogspot.com.au/

I have printed borders and sentiment from Daydream Designs Hope Endures combo set purple available to purchase at http://www.dianesdaydreamdesigns.com/

Layered onto purple card and then onto green card.

I am going to send this card to my eldest daughter who is a real inspiration.  She had two operations for breast cancer at the end of 2010.  Then in 2011 20 weeks of chemotherapy and then 6 weeks of everyday radiotherapy.  In the middle of her chemotherapy treatment her husband died suddenly (only 40).   She is in remission but still on medication that makes her tired and feel sick most of the time plus gives her joint pains like arthritis.  She pushes herself to keep going for her daughter's sake (who just turned 15  this month).

She started a new job this year as a merchandiser and has been working hard the last couple weeks with a broken little toe.  Her foot is very sore as she is on her feet all day except for when she is in the car driving between stores.  She also has to crouch down a lot.

She relies on God for all she does so I would appreciate prayer for her.  Thank you.

  3. Your encouragement surely helps to strengthen her. I just said a prayer for her...I can't imagine the anguish she has been through. But I also know we serve a very powerful God who can pour His strength and comfort into her heart. Blessings, sweet friend!

  4. Such a wonderful card. I love the simple design but powerful sentiment. So blessed that you joined us on last week's Challenge at Word Art Wednesday. Our new Challenge is now live and can't wait to see what you will link up with us this week. Leaving you with this inspiration from God's Word in Psalm 30:5, "For His anger endureth but a moment, and in His favor is life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning."
