I chose Waverly Mer and have made this monochromatic oceanic card
Printed Lacy Sunshine stamp Waverly Mer onto white card and coloured with chalks, markers and twinkling H2Os. Added sentiment from Create with TLC. Stamped seagulls and added punched dolphins. Layered all onto blue card.
