Sentiments from Create with TLC Bubbles Word Art pack layered onto Soap Bubbles paper 2 from Pininkie.  The East Wind digi stamp Bubble Bath printed on white, coloured with markers, layered onto blue and then onto paper.  All layered onto blue card.

They are having a bubble bath as it has been such a hot day where they are.     (It is not hot here in Sydney, Australia.  We are in the middle of winter.)
