I actually made this card on 1 August and was going to enter it into challenge 11 but then I entered a different card that I made with an image I won for challenge 10, so this card was put aside until this challenge.
I have layered sentiment from Create with TLC onto Soap bubble paper from Pininkie.
Printed out Art by Miran stamp Digi girl 8 color page bubbles up, coloured with markers, cut out and layered onto paper. Layered all onto purple card.
