Gerda Steiner Designs progressive challenge

Each month Gerda Steiner Designs gives a free image to join the progressive challenge.

I have layered the free image onto papers from Pininkie Halloween Bats Paper and coloured him with markers.  Added ribbon and sentiment from Create with TLC.  Layered all onto green card.
