Card 2 for Beccy's Place month of holiday cards day 28

Day 28 at Beccy's Place is Construct a card - Create a card using precoloured cut outs, printables or purchased kits.  This is my 2nd card for this challenge

I have used die cuts, paper and sentiment from Tatty Teddy - Me to You - Winter Wonderland Decoupage Die cut set which I bought a couple years ago and still have lots left.

    Awwwww, how adorable!! What a sweet image Granmargaret, and the colours are so lovely and soft. I really like the background paper, you don't often see pink and red snowflakes, and it matches perfectly with the little teddy. Cute!
