Scrapper's Delights facebook challenge - make a tag with free image

Scrapper's Delight's facebook group kindly gave us a free image to use in the challenge to make a tag

I have used paper from Pininkie Winter Bokeh Snowflakes paper set.
I have coloured free image from Scrapper's Delights with markers
Added snowflakes from Polkadoodles Work and Play Festive Hollybobs CD
Sentiment from Create with TLC
Added eyelet and ribbon.
