Bugaboo 5th birthday celebrations - challenge 3

The the 3rd challenge at Bugaboo 5th birthday celebrations is a photo inspiration

I have used the elephant, the balloons, spots & stripes and some of the colours for my card

The spot paper and balloons are from Pininkie.
I made the stripes and circles paper.
Bugaboo digi stamp "Peaches Present" coloured with markers.

    I love this card. ADORABLE! The brightness of the colors, the cute image and the polka dot background make it POP. What person (young or old) wouldn't like receiving this card?
