I have used new papers from Lacy Sunshine "Mandy and Sheena Wild Boutique" paper set which I bought yesterday. Plus new Lacy Sunshine digi stamp "Snow and Cat Enchantress" which I coloured with markers.

It has been very hot here in Sydney and we still have lots of hot weather to come. Officially our summer is 1 December till end February but last year we had some hot weather in November. We often have some very hot days in March.
The insects are what I don't like flies, etc. This year we have a problem with little ants coming into the house, and they are not coming for food as they are in both bathrooms and my craft room. I don't allow any food or drink in my craft room. I made this card yesterday and instead of leaving it on my desk for the liquid pearls to dry I put it on the chair in the middle of my room. This morning it was covered with ants, how they got there I don't know. Luckily they didn't leave any marks on my card.

Love all the sparkle and shine! I hope you figure out the ant situation soon... Otherwise maybe leave your ink pads open and in the morning you'll have lots of ant-made cards! :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card, Granmargaret - I love the pretty image and your new papers are stunning. We have a problem with ants too - I washed cherries from our trees and left them on the work surface - when I came back the whole surface was swarming with ants - ugh!!
