One Layer Christmas card challenge 10

One Layer Christmas card challenge 10 - anything goes with optional twist stars
http://onelayerchristmas.blogspot.com.au/

This is the first card I made for this challenge

Sponged card with 2 different greens and red distress inks.  Stamped Stamp Rosa nativity star, Penny Black Christmas wishes and stars.

I have been using digital stamps mostly as they are easier on my sore hands but tried using woodmount stamps on this card.  I wasn't very happy with it as the ink is old and a bit faint, so I have made a second card which I will put on my next blog post.

I would like to enter this card into the following:

Crafty Hazelnut's weekly Christmas challenge 229 - use some of your favourite things. (This was one of my favourite stamps before I discovered digi stamps)
