I made this male birthday card and mailed it last week.  I have been waiting for a challenge that I could use it in.

I have used precoloured image, 2 papers and sentiment from Polkadoodles Work and Play Collection 4 CD.

I would also like to enter this card into Crafty Hazelnut's monthly pattern paper challenge - anything goes with pattern paper.
