Julia Spiri challenge 7 - add digi to an object

Challenge 7 at Julia Spiri is add digi to an object (e.g. alter an object)

I couldn't think of something I could alter but then another member of the design team altered a CD cover so on 17 November I copied my Julia Spiri images to a CD so I don't loose them and made a cover for the CD using scans of cards I made for previous Julia Spiri challenges, plus paper from Lozzy's flower paper pack and ribbons, elements and sentiment from Sweet Shoppe Designs.
