This is the sketch for the card challenge at Scrapping Everyday Miracles

This is the card I made to the sketch 
I have used papers, precoloured image and sentiment from Deedee's Forget me not set.  Tag, lace, butterfly and other elements from Digital Scrapbooking Studio.

I would also like to add this card to the challenge at
Crafty Hazelnut's monthly pattern paper challenge - anything goes

    What a fun surprise to stop in to see what you made today and find that you used one of my digi sets to make such a gorgeous card! The little jewels and that sweet butterfly are wonderful accents, too. Thanks so much for sharing this! :-)
