 I have layered Scrappers Delight digi stamp ice skating elf onto Scrappers Delight Winter Background topper and coloured the digi with markers and glitter pens.  Sentiment is from the Winter Background topper.

The Winter background topper is great value, it has 3 different scenes in different shapes, frames and sentiments.
(I forgot to use one of the frames on my card)
