Outlawz February progressive challenge

Each month at Outlawz challenge a different designer gives a free image for the progressive challenge

This month we received a lovely image from
Teresa Arsenault (Tickell Expressions). The name of her image is Valentine Girl and you will also be receiving Teresa's sentiments that she has so generously included.

I have printed out the free image Valentine girl, cut out and coloured with markers.  Layered onto Pattern paper added elements from Digital Scrapbooking Studio.  Added part of one of the sentiments that came with the digi stamp.
