I have used Elisabeth Bell's digi stamp "Spring Leap" and coloured her with Prismacolor pencils and glitter pen.
Gold paper is from LaBoutique Deicolori gold digital paper set.
Green pattern paper from Lozzy's beauty paper set.
Flowers from Digital Scrapbooking Studio.
Typed sentiment

I have used the sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 so I would like to add this card to that challenge.  I have rotated the sketch and used a square instead of the oval.
