I have used paper, frame, ribbon and brads from Digital Scrapbooking Studio.
The East Wind free digi stamp Spring has sprung.  Coloured with chalks and Prismacolour pencils.
Sentiment by Gingers House Blog.
The colours haven't scanned correctly, the shoes collar and part of the headband are a shiny bright pink.
