Gecko Galz facebook group challenge - make it Polka dot

One of the challenges this month on the Gecko Galz facebook group challenge is make it polka dot

I have used papers from Gecko Galz Hello Gorgeous paper set and Wonderland paper set.  Precoloured image from Birthday Bash digital collage set.  Sentiment balloons and candles from Digital Scrapbooking Studio
