Progressive Freebie challenge at Digistamps4Joy

I have layered the Digistamps4Joy digi stamp jl051 Hics...oops onto bubble paper from Pininkie and coloured it with Prismacolor pencils and glitter pens.  Added sentiment from Bugaboo Stamps
