New stamps released at Digistamps4Joy

This card is made with one of the new stamps JL832 Snowman Santa.
Papers from Lozzy's Christmas paper set.
Stamped Christmas wishes.
Enamel accents added to snow dots.
Liquid pearls added to snow at bottom of digi.
Added pearls.
