I have layered Art by Miran digi girl 237 Happy Birthday Vannessa onto pattern paper from Art by Miran pink and blue paper set which was free on the facebook group last year, typed Thank you into the balloons.  Coloured her with markers.
Added lace and ribbon and layered all onto pink card.
