I have used Patties Creations digi stamp Happy birthday bear which I coloured with markers and glitter pen.
Papers from We are 3 Birthday Bouquet collection
Added punched heart balloons and drew strings for the balloons.
Added punched paw print border.
Sentiment was on the digi stamp so didn't add another one.
