Mad for Markers has four new release mermaid digis for May.  This is my third card

Printed Mad for Markers digi stamp Diana, coloured with markers, cut out and layered on top.
Added sentiment from Gingers House blog.
Added fish brads and punched dolphin.
Layered all onto light blue card
