Paper Play Sketches 47

I needed a birthday card with a bear to send to a Bear Lover friend in the USA today so I have followed sketch 47 at Paper Play Sketches

I have used 3 papers from We are 3 Fairy Mail paper collection
Bugaboo precoloured digi stamp Teddy Top Hat. (This set comes with the coloured digi and a black and white digi for you to colour)
World brad and balloons from Digital Scrapbooking Studio.
