Christmas card club - gnomes, pixies or elves

I was Margaret's (Duchess) turn to pick the theme for this fortnight's Christmas card club and she has picked gnomes, pixies or elves.

Moss Green paper from Snap Click Supply Co Gnomes sweet gnome.
Sky paper and precoloured elements from Digital Scrapbooking Studio When I Grow Up I want to be Santa.
I didn't write down when I found the sentiment and unfortunately now I can't remember.
