I have used We are 3 paper from Spring Letters paper set
Stampers Delight sentiment and digi stamp from Chibi Get well set (there is a girl and a boy and two sentiments in this set.   I coloured the digi with Prismacolor pencils.
Added coloured honey and lemons from Digital Scrapbooking Honey Bee mini kit by Butterfly Designs
