Outlawz Tuesday colour challenge - Tic Tac Toe

I won a previous challenge so I was invited to be a guest designer for Outlawz Tuesday colour challenge for April
The challenge starting today is Tic Tac Toe

I used the bottom row of the Tic-Tac-Toe

I used the paper from the image as the background

    What a fabulous celebration of spring GranMargaret! I love the beautiful rich colours you've used, particularly that deep purple background, it contrasts wonderfully with the red tulip. The little bow is a cute addition too.
