Wiped distress inks onto stamp block and sprayed with water.  Wiped over white card.
Sponged distress ink over Fairy Hugs stencil Party Streamers.
Stamped Fairy Hugs stamps FHS110 Lila and Robin with VersaFine Clair ink and embossed with WOW clear hologram sparkle embossing glitter.  Stamped Fairy Hugs stamp FHS133 Delightful.
Layered onto pink card.
