I used We are 3 papers from Tis the Season paper pack
Precoloured French Hen from Digital Scrapbooking Studio 12 Days collection by Aimee Harrison,  Typed sentiment with Word Art.
You can't see too well in the scan but the French hen is sitting on 3 eggs.
