I layered The Paper Shelter precoloured stamp and background from A Green Thumb digital stamp set (when you buy this set you receive the coloured digi, a black & white digi, and background)
onto The Paper Shelter papers from Lovely bugs paper set and The Sweet Gardner paper set.
Added ribbon from Digital Scrapbooking Studio
