WondersArtist precoloured clip art from Victorian Garden clip art set that was free on the Facebook group.  Added flower buttons, bow, splatters and We are 3 sentiment

    Beautiful card and love the cute image and sentiment-although bare feet are even better than boots as I found out last year-ask my Granddaughters lol.

    Oh, I love your card, that image is so sweet. We have been having bad storms with Tornados and historical rain fall here for days. It has finally ended. So, I'm kind of sick of rain right now. I guess I just need some cute boots to jump in the puddles.
