I made this card today for my eldest grand daughter's birthday this week.  She has a black cat and her favourite colour is blue.

Paper from Pininkie.

Printed The East Wind digi stamp Ashley 2 and coloured her with markers.  Layered playful cat from The East Wind Rangset on top.

Cut out 21 and layered on top.   Stamped Happy birthday and punched out, layered on top.  Added brads.
