About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

Deedee's Digis January challenge

Each month Deedee gives us a free digi stamp set to join in the challenge.
http://www.deedeesdigis.com/search/label/Digi%20of%20the%20Month

If you haven't already joined in the progressive challenge Deedee is giving everyone this set for free this month.

Everyone who joins the challenge this month will receive a $10 gift code to the shop and the free set for next month.
I used paper, precoloured image and sentiment from the free set Ice Fishing plus paper from Daydream Designs Elegant Snowflakes paper set.

I would also like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Crafty Hazelnut's monthly pattern paper challenge - anything goes covered with pattern paper

Fan-tastic Tuesday 67 -Anything goes with a twist add some orange (Penguin has orange feet and face and fishing rod, plus orange stripe in the paper)

Word Art Wednesday - anything goes with an encouraging or uplifting sentiment

What a beautiful fun card. I do love the vertical papers and that background paper is a gorgeous shade. That sentiment always makes me stop and think of how true that one it. So glad you could play along with us here at Deedee's DOM. Hope to see you again next month.
