About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. You can buy the black and white version of Granmargaret Fairy at

Outlawz Sunday Songs and Rhymes - Have you watched the fairies

 Outlawz Sunday Songs and Rhymes

Our sponsor for October is Sherry West Art

Find inspiration in the song or rhyme picked by Penny before she left us:

Have You Watched the Fairies

(Rose Fyleman)

Have you watched the fairies
when the rain is done,
Spreading out their little
wings to dry them in the sun?
I have, I have!
Isn't it fun?

Have you heard the fairies
all among the limes
Singing little fairy tunes
to little fairy rhymes?
I have, I have,
Lots and lots of times!

Have you seen the fairies
dancing in the air
And dashing off behind the stars
to tidy up their hair?
I have, I have,
I've been there!

I have used We are 3 papers from April Showers paper set
Sherry West digi stamp which I have coloured with chalks, markers and gel pens.
Ribbons from Scrap Graphics.
Added flowers.

I hope you will go over and see the lovely work by the design team and join in the challenge.

I followed sketch 192 at Sweet Sketch Wednesday so I would like to add my card to that challenge

I would also like to add my card to the following:

A Perfect Time to Craft open challenge for October #10 -2020 - anything goes

Crafty Catz 523 - anything goes

Crafty Hazelnut's monthly pattern paper challenge - anything with pattern paper

The Fairy and the Unicorn October challenge - anything goes as long as it is a fantasy creation

Unicorn 59 - spooky and/or cute
