Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.

Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.

Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.

I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.

The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. 2025 - Now due to my sore hands and bad eyes I make mostly digital cards and scrapbook pages.

Painted stars through stencil with white paint and painted moon.

Added white flowers

More Mixed Media - brown

More Mixed Media - anything goes with optional brown

I wiped distress inks over stamp block, sprayed with water and wiped onto white card.
Used Lavinia Acetate Hill mask with distress ink.
Used stencil with markers and stamped leaves on top with distress ink.
Stamped grass with distress inks
Stamped Fairy Hugs fairy and butterfly FHS098 Sivelle with Versafine Clair ink and embossed with Wow embossing Glitter
Stamped Lavinia LAV097 birds.
Added flower brads

My card is a bit of a mess. It didn't turn out how I wanted. I am in a lot of pain with the Fibromyalgia and arthritis and also my mouth. I broke another tooth and lost part of the filling. When I first rang the dentist on Friday I couldn't get an appointment till 19 September but they rang later as someone cancelled for next Wednesday. So I will be going on Wednesday 8 September.
My husband is booked to have his second Covid injection on Thursday 9 September so I am going to have my first one then. We are still in lockdown at least till end September.

I embossed blue card with Cuttlebug embossing folder from Winter Wonderland set
Coloured white card with blue and green distress crayons and then spritzed with water. This made it look like it was snowing)
Painted snow clouds through stencil with white paint.

Stamped Lavinia stamps Fir Tree 2 LAV497 and Witches cat LAV190.

Painted white paint along top of the grass and circles of white paint down the card and on the tree.
Added spots of glitter glue
