I tried to make a Bokeh background using distress inks and moonlight white brilliance ink. I tried to follow the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=koYNlMOBRnc which is on Corrie Berriman's blog which she made for the Country View October challenge
I don't have circle stencil so I punched circles in a card to use.
