I found some coloured chipboard.
I stamped Stampin Up stamps from Bud Basics stamp set onto white gloss card with versamark ink.  Added white embossing powder and heated.   When cool brayered with Bouquet Kaleidacolor ink.
Stamped flowers and Happy birthday onto coloured chipboard tag and attached.  Added brad and chipboard flowers.

I have put elastic bands around the brayer and inked it and brayered over white card.  Added chalks.
Punched Best wishes onto white card and punched out with heart punch.  Layered onto purple card punched with larger heart.  Punched two small hearts and layered all the hearts onto the brayered card.
Printed Di's Digi Ava onto white card, cut out, coloured with markers and layered on top.
Added flowers and pearls.
