About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. family:";">http://faeryink.com/product/granmargaret-fairy-digital-stamp/

My card for Besties Challenge No 5

Sweet MaryLou is the featured digi stamp on the Besties challenge blog this week.
http://bestieschallenge.blogspot.com.au/ and you can buy her from the Scrapbook Stamp Society.

Besties Challenge #5 is use a Bestie and make it Pink!  Use any colors you wish, but throw some pink in there.
I have used all shades of pink except for the hair and left some white.  Here are the two cards I made today for the challenge.

Card one I have used dark pink and light pink card,  Besties stamp "Sweet Mary Lou" by Sherri Baldy from Scrapbook Stamp Society.  Crafts 2 embossing folder "Butterfly frame".  Punched flowers and rhinestones.

Card two I have used light and dark pink card. Besties stamp "Sweet Mary Lou" by Sherri Baldy from Scrapbook Stamp Society.  Stampin Up "Happy Birthday" and rhinestone flowers which are dark pink but somehow the scan has made them a different colour.

The good thing about digi stamps from Scrapbook Stamp Society is that you can download them and use them as soon as you order and pay.  I love the Sherri Baldy images.  There are other images as well available to purchase.

Also there are free digis on the Besties challenge blog.
