About Me

Welcome to my blog

I started this blog in April 2012 so I could join Challenges. I am now on some design teams. I hope you like my cards. I started stamping in 1995 but my cards are still mostly cute.
Thank you to those who have joined as followers and to those who comment.
Unfortunately because of spammers I have had to put moderation on the comments. I will approve them as soon as possible, this also means I don't miss any.
I don't always get a chance to reply to all comments but I read them all when I approve them and I really appreciate you taking the time to give your comment.
The lovely banner was made especially for me by Amanda at Faery Ink Art & Design when I won her first blog challenge. You can buy the black and white version of Granmargaret Fairy at

A Day for Daisies challenge 87

The challenge No 87 at A Day for Daisies is use A Day for Daisies image and use yellow.
http://adayfordaisies.blogspot.com.au/
I don't very often make yellow cards, only if I am making for someone whose favourite colour is yellow.
I have layered A Day for Daisies digi stamp "Morning Dew Fairy" onto Scrappers Delights digi paper Natures Little Wonders No 28, and coloured with yellow and green markers and yellow glitter pens (though the glitter doesn't show up in the scan).  Have printed out one of the sentiments from A Day for Daisies April 2013 club kit onto white card, cut with fancy scissors and edged with yellow marker.  Layered onto paper. Layered all onto green card and then onto yellow card.

Go over and have a look at the other lovely cards on A Day for Daisies.

You can buy the lovely A Day for Daisies digi images from

or you can get a free image from the blog http://adayfordaisies.blogspot.com.au/ to join in the challenge.

I would also like to put this card into Crafty Hazelnut's monthly pattern paper challenge
