Pennys Crafty Challenge 196 card 2

This is my second card for Pennys Crafty Challenge 196 - spots and stripes

I have layered pre coloured digi from Whoopsi Daisy's Sassy and Classy CD onto paper from Whoopsi Daisy's Tots and Teens and Inbetweens CD.  Added sentiment from Create with TLC.  Layered all onto black and then white card.
