Challenge No 196 at Pennys Paper Crafty challenges is spots and stipes

Layered precoloured image "Gamer boy" from Polkadoodles Work and Play 2 CD onto papers from Pininkie, Added embellishment from the same CD.  Layered all onto red and then white card.
