Outlawz Festive Friday challenge

For this week I have made a birthday card and will send it to one of my bear lover friends.
I have used 2 papers from We are 3 Watercolor Batik paper collection
2 tags from We are 3 precoloured holiday tags (there are 4 in the set)
Sentiment from We are 3 Itty Bitty birthday sentiment set
Di's digi precoloured digi stamp Party girl bear (you can also buy this as a back and white digi to colour)
Frame and flowers from Digital Scrapbooking Studio Daisies for your birthday.
